Coming soon!

A Pilot Program for Early-Career Performing Artists

DCDC2 | Summer Company is an elite cohort of early-career performing dance artists comprised of recent graduate and undergraduate dance students. As a pilot program, this company is created to engage a new generation of performing artists and prepare them for success in a new and exciting arts ecosystem. For approximately 12 weeks, invited participants embark upon an exciting journey that includes unique performance opportunities, individual professional development experiences, collaborative creative incubators, and opportunities for choreographic study.

This program emphasizes professional artistic growth and lays the groundwork to narrow any gaps between early-career artists and experienced performers. DCDC2 | Summer Company provides a challenging work environment, with access to a network of professions that will make a real difference in the development of dancers beginning their careers in the performing arts. Combined with a concentrated schedule that includes technique classes, rehearsals, seminars, main stage, and community engagement performances, this pilot program fosters impactful opportunities for experiential and applied learning.
